Regardless of culture, socioeconomic class or individually held views on what defines beauty, as women, we all share the same desires; to love and be called lovely. We have all traveled down various paths in search of a love that was worth finding. Although I was raised in a loving Christian home and even attended Christian schools, I did not believe what God's Word says about beauty (Proverbs 31:30 NLT).
As a Christian, my heart is to bring the truth of God's Word, the Holy Bible, to young women and address issues that they face today. When a woman is truly confident in her standing with Jesus Christ, she glows. It is not a result of a surgery, cream or high dollar brand. It is the reality that she knows she is loved and cherished by Almighty God.
No matter what you may have experienced, God can restore your life. We have all screwed up and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23 NIV). Thus, whether your screw ups are "little" or "bigger than God could forgive" in your own eyes, embrace truth--Jesus Christ came to this earth to rescue each and every individual who acknowledges the gravity of their own failures and turns from them completely (1 Peter 2:1-3 NLT). There is hope, redemption and rebirth in Jesus' name (1 John 1:9 NASB). Embrace a divine romance that is written specifically for your own heart and give your life to Jesus this very day (Isaiah 44:22 NASB).
